RETURNS 

      Buyer is responsible for contacting info@ZenobiaByJanelle.com to initiate return process.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product.

  • After within 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.

  • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY. 

  • In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.

  • Our rock-star customer care team will take care of processing return and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

  •      Non-Returnable Items: Clearance / Sales items. 

  •      Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).

DAMAGES | WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Damages:  If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.

SUBMIT DAMAGE ITEM REQUEST 

  • All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. Zenobia By Janelle will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.

  • In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.

Missing Item From Order |  Wrong Item Received:

  • Any missing items from an order that states was shipped, requires a copy of the original invoice and picture of what was received to be emailed to info@ZenobiaByJanelle.com.

  • Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. Zenobia By Janelle will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to info@ZenobiaByJanelle.com 

ORDERING PROCESSING 

  • Orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items)

ORDER CHANGES AND CANELATION REQUEST 

  • Once your order is placed you will be unable to make changes. Any cancelation requests will receive store credit only if the order has not yet shipped. Requests can be emailed to: info@ZenobiaByJanelle.com

SHIPPING AND HANDELING 

  • Free standard shipping (7-10 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. continental orders over $75 (sub-total). 

  • (Zenobia By Janelle is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.)

  • U.S. Territories and International Shipping to Canada ONLY: A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders to Canada. Any additional duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
